INITIAL SITUATION

The penthouse apartment was completely remodeled, the floor plan was adapted and redesigned according to the client's wishes.

IMPLEMENTATION

An elegant, high-quality materialized living space was created. The custom-made kitchen with the dark, elegant wooden fronts and the ceramic monobloc combines both functionality and design and is perfectly integrated into the living space. The suspended, rotating fireplace, visible from all sides, is another highlight. The master bathroom, designed as a place of retreat, offers a wellness shower and a freestanding bathtub. The dog is happy to have his own shower in the utility room.

INITIAL SITUATION

The 3 ½-room apartment was developed during the construction period in close partnership with the clients to achieve their dream loft.

IMPLEMENTATION

The couple's vision was carefully developed and refined. The planned layout was adapted. Walls were replaced with glass elements in an industrial design, thus creating spaciousness and transparency. High-quality, repeated materials and wallpaper highlighted the smooth transitions.

BATHROOM REMODELING – PRIVATE

INITIAL SITUATION

The damaged shower was the reason for the renovation of the bathroom. The solid wood furniture has lost some of its rich color, other than that it was still in a good condition.

IMPLEMENTATION

The existing wooden surfaces of the furniture were refreshed and supplemented with two new washbasin bowls in fine ceramic. The damaged shower area was completely replaced and the black tap fittings match the new industrial-look shower glass. The new color concept of the room is based on the shades of the wallpaper.

INITIAL SITUATION

The couple have a desire for a place of retreat and relaxation in their master bedroom, which has its own en-suite-bath.

IMPLEMENTATION

A new changing room was planned at the same time as the bathroom remodeling. This provided the ideal opportunity to extend the bathroom and to integrate the desired bathtub. The built-in strip light creates a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. The materials chosen are high-quality and minimalist in design.
