The customer cannot derive any claim for damages from system failures, unless the failure was caused by Margot Willi grossly negligently or intentionally.

Under the Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) you have the right to obtain information about your stored data (article 8 DSG), and a right to rectification (article 5, paragraph 2 of DSG). In addition, you may request that your information be deleted, as far as these are no longer required for contract execution and request the blocking of your data.
